10. How long does shipping take?
Our processing times vary by product, as each item is handcrafted with care:
Candles are made-to-order and typically ship within 2–3 weeks
Body Butters & Body Oils ship within 5–7 business days
Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and delivery updates. All packages are shipped via USPS Priority or Ground, depending on the size of your order.

11. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all personal care products (such as body butters and body oils) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the damaged item, and we will assist with a replacement or store credit.

For optimal use and safety, we recommend burning your Muse in Bloom candle for no longer than 2-3 hours at a time. This will prevent the candle from overheating and extend its lifespan. Always burn candles on a flat, heat-resistant surface, and never leave them unattended while lit.
